The EAEM association is the ETH Zurich alumni for all mangerial oriented ETH engineers. It aims for facilitating entrepreneurial thinking and innovative acting, as well as for strengthening personal and business networks.

EAEM organises lectures on current managerial issues on a regulary basis. Executives and experts from practice enable discussions on a high level. Exemplifying discussed issues, events are normally held at a company in order to give the members the possibility to actually visit the campany's facilities.

Especially for students, EAEM organises contact events giving the possiblity to meet representatives of different companies. Students should be given the possibility to get insights into practice and to learn more about possible job descriptions. For companies this is an ideal opportunity to meet students in the early stages of their application processes.

EAEM was founded September 12th 1943 as "Vereinigung Schweizerischer Betriebsingenieure" (VSBI). Beeing one of the largest alumnis at ETH Zurich it was renamed in April 2007 to ETH Alumni Engineering & Management in order to better suit the current focus of the organisation.
